LCA delivers world-wide for phone and email orders. Online orders are only valid for UK customers.
We use a trusted carrier to handle the goods from our store.
When can you deliver my order?
UK and Webshop orders are despatched on an overnight service (where goods are available and in stock) to the UK mainland at a flat rate of £14.00 + VAT.
Orders placed on the site Monday to Friday by 14:00GMT and where the goods are showing as in stock will be despatched the same day, orders placed after 14:00GMT and on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the next working day before 17.00GMT. Goods ordered on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.
For Bank Holidays and holidays, please check with the office for delivery times if not stated.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we can deliver anywhere in the world. For all international deliveries, please contact the sales team for shipping rates and times.
Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Shipping to a different address than the registered and card holders addresses may be delayed whilst we carry out additional security checks. We have the right to refuse delivery to addresses that are not the same as the invoice address.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, however please check your order is in stock before arriving at our stores in High Wycombe
Can you guarantee my delivery to arrive on time?
Whilst LCA Lights Camera Action endeavour to ensure that goods are shipped as described above, once the goods have left our warehouse, they are in the hands of our chosen carrier at checkout. Therefore we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.
