If I can't find a specific product on your website, can you still get hold of it for me?

Yes we can! We list just a few of the most popular products on our website but we do supply a whole load more. All you need to do is get in touch with our experienced team either by phone or email and they will source the products for you.

What happens if the product I want is out of stock?

If an item is displayed as out of stock, we will back-order it for you whether you place an order online, call or email your order through to us. One of our team members will confirm availability with our supplier once you have placed your order and contact you with the anticipated lead time. If you require the product by a certain deadline, we are more than happy to check the estimated delivery time prior to orders being placed.

How do I find pricing for products listed as POA?

I need more information on a product, can I get it from you?

We have number of technical documents on our website, however if you can’t find it here, then get in touch with our knowledgeable team who will be able to assist you with your query

Which payment methods to you accept online?

We accept most major debit and credit cards (expect Amex) providing the card is registered to the delivery address

Can I pay via bank transfer

Yes, except for online orders. When placing your order make sure to advise your LCA contact and we will send you our bank details for payment. Once the payment has been received, we will send out the goods to you.

What currencies can I pay you in?

As a worldwide supplier, we have the facility to accept payments In Sterling, Euro and US dollar. Please advise the currency you wish to pay at the time of ordering so your order confirmation will reflect the correct currency.

How secure are my details?

Your security is important to us and therefore we do not divulge your details to any third party source, neither do we store your credit card information.

Can you supply an invoice with no VAT added to a European country?

If you can supply us with a EU VAT Number at the time of ordering, we can make sure your invoice doe snot include VAT

DELIVERY

How much is the delivery cost?

We use a courier service for most of our deliveries and cost a minimum of £14 + VAT (UK only) for next day delivery (providing products are in stock)

How long will the delivery take?

We ship all orders out on an overnight/next day service if they are placed before 14.00 GMT. Weekend orders will be processed and shipped before Monday 17.00GMT

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Yes we can deliver worldwide for any orders taken over the phone or on email. Unfortunately, our online shop can only cater for UK and France deliveries.

Do you have an office I can visit?

Yes, the LCA office is based in High Wycombe, just off the M40. Our French office is located in Aubervilliers.

Can I test any of the products before buying?

Yes, we have a demo facility at our UK and French offices. if there is any specific item you would like to test, please call the LCA UK team on +44 (0)20 88 337600 or our French team on +33 1 49 37 99 12 to organise a demo

When is your office open?

Our official working hours are 9am-5.30pm, however, more often than not you can usually contact someone in the office from 8am.
